JULIA VELASQUEZ is the Water Polo Coach… graduated from Rio Mesa High… currently attending National Institutes of Health… first Deaflympics… looks forward to: “establishing a women water polo team for 2013 Deaflympics”… was a member of nationally ranked CSUN Water Polo team in NCAA Division I… sat on commander’s seat in Space Shuttle Atlantis.
