LARRY SMITH (Assistant Coach) has a degree from Texas School for the Deaf, Lamar University, Gallaudet University, and National Technology Institute for the Deaf… has been coaching track and field at Texas School for the Deaf for 12 years, won numerous of championships… still holds TSD school record in 300m hurdlers.
